Hello, I'm just here saying that as Leader of my Guild (Rock N Roll Killing Machines - as the fact that I have a small imagination and suck at thinking up names) and looking for a good High Quality Guild, with active members to merge with...
Here is a little info on our guild...

Guild Leader: Digital X (Digital X Warrior, Oh So Mesmerizing)
Members: Around 40 - (Not all are very active...)
Guild Rank: 215
Guild Rating: 1,050

Guild Created: 4/16/05 - (April BWE)
Guild Hall: Yes
Guild Hall: Location: Burning Isle
Guild Cape: Yes
Cape Description: Black Skull, Red upward Flames (So far only guild with that design), and a Dark red Background...
More Info: Well... No one really appreciates all the work I did for the guild, and personally, I'm tired of being the leader and hassling people just to get them to come to the guild hall for a guild battle...
I got the Cape & Guild Hall towards the beginning of the Early Access period, so I'm not really losing any in-game money, as I got the cape for 100g, and the guild hall for 2000g...
The website is currently being hosted on a self-maintained server, and I'd prefer (If you don't already have a .com/.net/.org website) to use mine, as it is still being paid for...
We have a TeamSpeak server if you don't already have one... (IP: rrkmguild.com:8767 - No PW required)

Please consider us merging with you ^_^

It doesn't seem to me that they are recruiting per say, just looking for another guild to merge with. Not really advertising to get more people, just looking for help. But that is me, and I am not so quick to judge.
