My friend bought the game and installed it on his computer and made an account with the cd code, but then decided he didnt want it and gave it to me. Does he have to just uninstall Guild Wars from his computer or does he have to delete his account too?

you need to install the client and then you're ready to go. That's it.

The account is tied to the email address. You'll have to change it to your email address.
