Final Blow quest bugged? - Guild Wars Forums

I've killed all three of the council members and talked to Captian Grumby. My log shows all the steps being complete, and no further steps to be done. The good captain doesn't seem to know what I'm talking about. There's a green star still on the platform where the council member used to be, but there's nothing up there. Am I missing something to complete this quest? Or is it just bugged? Here's a screenshot.

Yes, I know I could just abandon the quest, but I'd prefer not to. I've done every quest I could find up to this point and have yet to abandon one and don't want to start now if I can help it.

I have the exact same problem as you so I'm bumping this up. Anyone knows how to complete this quest?

I had this happen to me to but you need to talk to Fogard Axemighty in The Ring of Fire. He will close the quest and give you the XP.

Yes, it's been bugged for a while. I recently experienced the same bug with my second character.
