Conjure Flame - Guild Wars Forums

Can someone tell me where I can find conjure flame? I heard it is found early on in the game. If so, I would rather create a new character to unlock it rather than change my secondary to Ele. I see that a Lion's Arch skill trainer has it, but I was hoping that some early mission has it as well. Thanks.
