Connecting to arenanet - Guild Wars Forums

So i have been playing guild wars since it was released but all of a sudden about a few days ago i cant connect to arena net, when i try to start the game the little box comes up that says connecting to arenanet but just stays at 0%. i've tried reinstalling and restoring my system but nothing works. Is anyone else haveing this problem??? Dont know what else to do so if someone has any suggestions please share. Thank you

ask around in the tech support.. only thing i can think of is a firewall of some sort.
