I want the 15 point attributes that this woman gives you. I have gone to anelle flips. She is not offering a mission. I have already done the forgotten ones. I am level 20 and have ascended. I have changed my character profession already. WHY WONT SHE GIVE ME THIS QUEST!

Anelle Fipps doesnt give the mission
- she gives the quest for Forgotten ones (that you already did)

Sariss Yassith (Skyward Reach) at end quest of Forgotten Ones gives you the quest for Forgotten Wisdom

you must have overlooked that there was a new quest for you (from Sariss) when you got your quest reward for Forgotten Ones
