Hello.

I finnaly accended ( hurray), and I am level 20.

The stats I can get are ( base, no runes or helmet buffs), 11 swordsmanship, 10 strentgh, 7 healing prayers, and 1 tactics.

I have 3 left over attribute points.

I had a look at the pre-made pvp paladin, and his stats are 12 swordsmanship, 10 strentgh, 8 healing prayers, and he has 5 left over stats.

Am I missing some attribute points? Can anybody explain this?

You can get them by doing 2 seperate quests wich give +30 ( 15 each).

What quests exactly are they, im having the same trouble too.

One is south of augery rock, I can't remember who gives it to you initially, the other you get in Rocknars Forge, but only after you've visited each of the 3 outposts in the desert and completed atleast one of the profession changing quests (though you don't have to actually change your profession)
