How do you start the 2nd attribute quest? ...and where do you go to start it?

If you've ascended, look for Vanyi in Droknar's Forge and he'll give you the quest, along with another one of similar name. They were something like "Heroe's quest" and Heroe's challenge" but I don't remember which is which. I hear that you have to have run at least one secondary profession changing quest first (no that doesn't mean you have to actually change it, just run the quest), but I had already run all of these before I got there so i can't confim this. However, I've also heard that you have to run the other quest he gives you first as well, but this I CAN confirm is false. When I found him, he gave me both at the same time.
