Hit Locations
I'm familiar with the way guildwars uses hit locations to determine which armour piece to look at, but I'm just curious about the few supposed spells/skills that are more likely to hit certain locations. Finding it very hard to judge for myself since it's all slightly random anyway.
Are they completely confirmed now? Anyone got a list of a few that seem to do it? Does hight/trajectory affect it on normal hits? |

i remember reading somewhere saying that most hits target the chest the most. also your positioning is also important, especially if your attacks are missile projectile. having the higher position and a relative distance between you and the enemy, your attacks increase in damage.

Aye, seen how being higher seems to increase your damage with bows (maybe all ranged), and how the base chances of getting hit in a location are :
Chest 37.5% Legs 25% Hands 12.5% Feet 12.5% Head 12.5% etc. But heard talk of the chances of being hit somewhere changing depending on how you get hit (I.E Traps hit more likely/always hit feet, firestorm hits head). And since there's so many random variables in there im finding it hard to judge, wondered if anyone had got some strong results for any skills |
