When a weapon says it give you 10% bonus on damage while enchanted, does that mean you have to have an enchantment spell cast on you to get the bonus? Or does that mean you have to have cast an enchantment spell (whether on you or someone else)? Thanks.

you have to be enchanted by a spell...

Ahh, so you (or an ally) can cast an enchantment on yourself and get the bonus.
