How would I get into the underworld? What city do I start it in and how do I get there?

Another on is the Iron Cidental (screwed up spelling :x) where is it and how would I get there?

Best place to start is Lion's Arch and head west to the Cursed Lands then the Black Curtain. Temple of Ages should be at the top part of the region.

I think you mean Granite Citadel. That is in the Southern Shiverpeak region. From the Iron Mines of Molodune head Northwest until you reach Copperhammer Mines. From there head north.
