Finding Mark of Protection - Guild Wars Forums

Sorry, not sure if this is the right topic for this question.

Anyways I've been looking for Mark of Protection at the locations here. I treid each location about 10 times today and didn't see the either mob. Anyone know where I can find this skill?

I remembered the locations of about 6 bosses I saw today. And I looked up their locations on the above link. And they were all wrong. So I'm just going to search the entire area and not really go by those maps.

Those locations were almost 100% accurate pre-patch, I've captured 20+ elites using those locations, and they were dead on. It's possible that the update changed the locations of the boss spawns.

Also, you have to take into account that bosses sometimes move around. If you get there late, some bosses might have strayed off a bit. Also, you have to take into account that the boss doesnt' always spawn. I think for missions they generally spawn, but in areas like perdition rock, sometimes you can reload the map 10 times and either there would be no spawn, or a boss for another class. Be patient and try again. Here's a tip though, try holding down ctrl and scan around to see if the boss isn't behind something that's blocking your view. Generally the boss that carries Mark of Protection in the Iron Mines mission only sometimes spawn out in the front. Sometimes he is farther back. Hold down ctrl and walk around the place that is being bombarded, in fact walk behind the big hill there, sometimes he likes to spawn there.
