A few questions
hi im new to the game, i havent really been playing since i got caught up in some stuff, but i was thinking what to build, and then thinking about the game interface
first i would like to ask, for the refund points, can u get exp when u're level 20? say i have 24 refund points (the thing for attributes) and i used all 24 of them, could i go out and kill stuff and get more refund points? seems like a noobie question but i really wanna know, since level 20 is the level cap the second question, can u change second profession ever? or you're stuck once you pick it? thanks in advance, and if you people are nice, mind giving me some opinion?: right now i dont really know what character i should make, but i know i want a warrior just not sure primary or secondary, i have considered E/W, N/W, R/W, W/Me, and currently,im a W/R if someone can take the time to tell me the pros and cons of those combinations i listed, it'd be great help, thanks in advance |

For refund points, every 250 experience earns you one, and yes you still gain experience after level 20 (each level up only gives you 1 skill point though).
Yes you can change your secondary profesion later on. I won't tell you when because it will be a spoiler. |

I'll tell you you can change your secondary after Ascention. Ascention is an event later in the game that makes you level 20 if you're not there already.

After you reach level 20, you continue to gain experience. Whenever you gaine nough experience you level up again, but this level up only yeilds a skill point, no increase in health, no increase in attribute points. But for every 250 experience you gain, you gain a refund point.

Skill points are a different thing all together.
What he was saying is that after level 20, instead of gaining attribute points and level number, you just gain a skill point. Every 250XP gives you a refund point, up to 24 total at any time. This continues for ever. For discussion of builds, go here: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/f...splay.php?f=17 |
