Where are the armorsmiths for the 15k armor. Ive looked around the forumns and can not find an answer.

Granite Citadel and Marhan's Grotto. And Underworld and Fissure of Woe too, but you'll never be able to get the materials for those 2. By the way, they only look different (or will in the near furure when updated). Their stats are the same.

does it matter which crafter i go to? do the offer better attributes in underoworld or fissure? if not, then why would someone go to all the trouble and spend the money for that?
