Looking for a Holy Staff - Guild Wars Forums

I am looking for a staff w/ the following base Mods (no staff wrappings or staff heads):

Energy +10
+20% Casting Speed using Healing Prayers (20% chance)
+20% Skill regen using healing prayers (20% chance)

My question is: Is there a collector that gives an item like this, or will I have to buy it from trade chans?

There won't be a collector that will give you a staff with perfect mods. Go search in the trade forum here (Ventari's Sell) or just ask in Lion's Arch for a perfect staff for whatever attribute you need. A staff like that will run you some serious bank though. I can't make an accurate guess but I'd say the guy would want a good 30k or more for it.
Also, I thought those mods only went up to 10% max...

they only go up to 10% if it is like general (e.g. recovery for any skill)

Thanks for the info, 30k actually is way less than I thought it would sell for.

Yeah, the smiting prayers staff is available I think right outside Elona Reach. The guy wants 5 minotaur horns.
