King's Watch
is this an actual town/outpost? or is it just the monument? I've searched literally everywhere in regent valley

its not a town/outpost. Its actually a small area in Regent Valley. You can find it coming from Old Ascalon. It's a mountain and at the base you should see a sign that says King's Watch on it.

Click your quest in the quest menu go into regent valley then look at your map it marks exactly where it is on it.

I've already completed the 'cities of ascalon' quest. I was just hoping King's Watch would be a new outpost.

It is in both pre- and post- searing... there are a statue there... and thats about it.
