Which sounds master tyrus or soemthing else and also where can i finmd s strong bow in the pre searing

One of the collectors have a strong Pre searing bow.

I'm not sure what the first half of what you typed says, so I can't answer that part. However, there is a bow you can get from a collector somewhere in Wizard's Folly that is 7-10, and in the Northlands, I've seen 9-13 bows drop from the Charr there.
