Can anyone please tell me where the atribute quests are located?

For more precise information, use the search button. But there is one in the desert (you need to complete the first task he ask you), then you have another one in Droknar's Forge.

The first attribute quest is two parts. Go to destiny Gorge, get the forgotten ones mission. That will lead you to a snake in the desert who will give you the Forgotten Wisdom quest. The reward for that is 15 attribute points.

The second you get in Droknar's Forge from Vanyi. You have to run a couple other missions before you get it though.
