To find the value of any dye just visit a dye merchant. There are many, there is one in Ascalon City. Select the green dye and see how much the vendor is selling it for. You should be able to sell it to players for about 20% less than the vendor is. This works with all dyes. Also, if your impatient (like me) you can just go to the sell tab and sell the dye to the vendor.
