Is there a command to findout the profession/level of a avatar?

I cannot even find out the level or char of new members in my guild

Other than clicking on them, I don't believe so. In the meantime you will just need to ask them for that information.

yea.. I wonder why they have not implemented this command. Or in the
worst case, atleast show the level/profession of those in the guild or friend;s list...
