I tried searching for the answer but i did not find it.

here goes ;

Where do i get a sword hilt or pommel other then the market?

Salvage swords with expert kit..

if you find a sword that is a something sword (eg. fire sword) then you use an expert salvage kit and you have a chance of getting that hilt (eg. fire hilt). Same with pommel, if you find a sword of somthing (eg. Sword of Fortitued) you have a chance of getting that pommel (eg. pommel of fortitued). Or you can just buy them them from other players.
