I found a ruby.....but since I only have one....I was wondering what the ruby turns into when you salvage it......anyone know?

I belive Rubys are crafting items (no idea for what, just labeled as a crafting item) so you probably cant salvage it.

I have a sapphire, and I believe it's labeled as a rare crafting item, so you cant salvage it. Same thing for a ruby. I also heard there are diamonds, but maybe I misread.

maybe Anet will add sockets to items like in D2..
