I Belive It's 15% Above 50

Max Damage Plus Hp.

Maybe Other Mods What Yall Think?

15-22, sundering blank sword of fortidute

+30 health,
15%dam >50% health
15% armor peneration, 10% chance on hit
20% dam customized

Godly tends to refer to the +% damage anytime mod. Alas, there are alot of people who advertise godly items that are 'when in stance' or over 50% health.
