One Website offers guild wars with an in game war pick. the other offers it with ithas bow.

Depends on what class you want to play. From what you've said, you'll get a copy of the game and the pre-order package. Rangers use bows, Warriors use swords, hammers and axes (pick). The preorder items are ok, but you'll eventually switch to something better.
