Cold Dmg: 15-22 (req. 11)
Damage +12% (While health is above 50%)
Health +23

I was wondering if I put a barbed sword hilt on, what upgrade would it replace?

It would replace Icy.

Hilts are the prefix, pommels are the suffix.^^
