Where to get the final 15 attribute points ? - Guild Wars Forums

My monk is lvl 20+, but I am still shy of 15 att. pnts. I have heard you can do a quest to get these..anyone know how to do this ?

Do the Heroes' Journey quest to get to the three areas it points out, then do one of the class-change quests in there. Once you do those (you don't actually have to change classes) go talk to Vanyi in Droknar's Forge. She'll give you the quest "Hero's Challenge". Go to the Iron Mines of Moladune, go through the Frozen Forest and stop in the Copperhammer Mines and find a group for the mission. From the mines it's only a short walk with lots and lots of Stone Summit to do the quest.
