Bows
I have a stormbow and a flatbow. Is there a difference? People pay a lot for max damage stormbows, but next to nothing to max damage flatbows. I know the looks are one thing; but is there any other difference?

hmm not really
storm has a inherent lighting dam I think, and flatbows are moddable soo.. unless one has a built in mod other than grip or string mods |

Well, I heard something about flight time, range, and reload time. I just don't know what's what, and if it's true.

Yeah basically short bows have high Rate of Fire and other bows have longer range but lower rate of fire. A great all around bow would be a flatbow to get the best of all worlds.
But what i want to know is, if you initiated a skill such as "tiger fury" where it increases attack spead by 33%, does that negate the Rate of Fire difference for each bow? |

No. A shortbow with Tiger's Fury will shoot faster than a Long Bow with Tiger's Fury.
Storm Bow does not come with inherent Shocking mod on it. Flatbow has the EXACT same speed as Short Bow, last time I checked, on the Guild Wars Guru site, so... |
