Emperor. when you buy all these rune, or whatever items, dont you have to buy them one at a time, and wont the price go up whilst doing this, nto just jump up when you dont at the end, so youl not make as much money as you think, although the runes you got while they were cheap will make up for it I suppose.

The point of this isnt to make money it is to fix the ecomony. BTW we already have 152 Superior vigiors and 108 Superior absorbtions between us all. So the price wouldn't raise and their will be no worning when we crash the market. All I will say is that it is going to happen after I get fissure armor so be on the lookout (withinh the next 2 weeks I will have the armor)

No. We intend to destroy the ecomony in a big recession that will putprices back to ware they were whe nthe game first came out. The point is that noone would no when we were going to do this or to what items creating a fear that we will do it to that item you have saved for a rainy day (a sigil, a sup.v vigior, some obsidian shards) making it worthless and the worth only being the gold that you have. We hope that this will shock ANet enough to input good money sinks so that we don't have to do this again.

This might've already been said, but try farming outside of the Gates of Kryta? I farm there against the Mergoyles, and it only takes about 5 minutes and you get a good 300 gold each run. That's until you can take on other things.

We have the loot and gold. wouldn't you like to be able to afford the gold max damage storm bow that goes for 200K. We are trying to make it cost 15K.

What's the main point of my post? Why, that all this bickering about the economy is only for those that want the easy way out and want to just buy stuff when they can easily find it on their own. If I wanted a storm bow, I'd go to UW/FoW and get my own. That's my point entirely.

Am I saying you shouldn't do this? No, I'm saying I don't care at all. Whether you do or don't try to bring down the economy won't affect me at all. And besides your intentions (which, I do think are good to an extent), bots will still be farming away. They'll get the price back up eventually, whether we want them to or not.

Despite my obvious condoscending tone, I do think this is a noble effort. I just don't get it, I guess you could say.

Crash the market..... mmmyeah....... good luck with that. Don't do us any favors, realy. Assuming you ever did pull off a crazy stunt like that, pray that Anet doesn't nab you for messing around with their economy.

I get stuff that normaly sells at 75K for a fraction of the price all the time. The prices are ridiculous because people are willing to pay it. If no one bought anything at 75K, no one would jack up the price that high. Just last night there was a max damage chaos axe for sale at 20K. I have bought three, and not one of them cost me more than 2K. But you can rest assured that someone coughed up the 20K for that one.
