Quick question from a n00b - Guild Wars Forums

Hi,

Basically, I've left Ascalon, done a few of the quests at the main town place, and I was just trying to do the quest for the hermit guy where he wants the bottles of firey stuff

Anyhow, when I left Ascalon, I was automatically assigned 3 henchmen. When trying to do this quest I mentioned above, me and my henchman party all died, when i was resurrected - they were too.

My questions are:

1) If i log out of the game, will I get the henchmen back when I login

2) If i don't logout will the henchmen stay with me indefinately?

Well, I don't know anything about the quest your on, but in all towns and outpost there are Henchies that you can add to your party. So do worry too much. they are all located by the exit from any town.

To answer your questions:
#1. You can log out but the henchman you have to add next time you log in before leaving town. To locate them while in a town just hit/hold Cntrl and look around, they like other NPCS in town will be highlighted in Green.
#2. After a certain amount of idle time, you will automatically be logged out (least I have but don't know the time length).

Another thing to remember Rupert, is that as you progress to harder areas, the henchmen you hire in different towns also start out at higher levels - don't think you have to stay logged on 24/7 to keep Alesia, just because she went up from level 3 to 4 while she was with you!
