Stonefist Gauntlet Knockdown effects ... - Guild Wars Forums

If I were to wear these gauntlets (75 def, 20 vs phy, lengthens duration of knockdown), and use Smiting skills like Bane Signet and Signet of Judgement, which both knock down the enemy, would I get the benefits of the longer knockdown duations from the gauntlets?

Stonefist Gauntlets are for warriors and can be crafted in Droknar's. Very useful for knockdown hammer builds, but how useful for knockdown smiting W/Mo's ? Also note that the two knockdown smites l use only knock down the enemy for 2 to half a second. Exactly how long does it add to the duration ?

If someone could share info or test this, it'd be very appreciated.
