Is'nt it close enough to blue to begin with?

I can also sell you a 6-26 one for cheap. cheap cheap cheap.

Copied from another thread:

orange --> bluish-green
yellow --> cyan
purple --> orange
green --> purple
blue --> red
red --> green
silver --> pink/white

So your best bet at blue would be to use a yellow or orange dye.
