Sometimes my names, overhead levels on people, indicators as to their in a party, everything, just dissapears.

How do I get it back? Here's a screenshot of the problem.

My party member is highlighted also and you can clearly see that theirs no icon above his head saying how many people are in the party.

that is only visibale in a mission or pvp zone.

It should be a toggel feature.

You are aware that you can get them back (for foes, NPCs and team mates) at any time in the game by holding down ALT or CTRL respectively?

There is no way to leave them on permanently though.
