you are so far off from getting this. just keep doing all the missions until you get to droknar's.

Your not far enough in the game to get it, or for that matter, need it. It's not a great skill anyways. I much prefer Poison Arrow.

And I prefer punishing shot to both... but sovet's just solved your problem. I love that site.

Melandru's Arrows is a much better preperation then Apply Poison.

Melandru's more DoT then apply poison, it costs less to cast, it casts faster and it recharges faster.

The only downside is that it doesn't last as long as apply poison.

And poison arrow has more DoT then melandrus, which is fine tuned to be extra effective versus enchanted creatures.
