question about attributes vs requirements
lets say i have 12 marksmanship as an attribute and i have 2 different bows (short bows) Both of them are max damage, but one of them has a requirement of 9 and the the other has a requirement of 12. Will I be doing the same amount of damage with both bows. or will get do more with the bow that has lower requirements?
i tried looking at the game mechanics guide and didn't really understand it. any help would be appreciated. |

As far as I know as long as you meet the requirments you do the stated damage.

I think with higher marksmanship you will do extra damage, but the weapon requirement has nothing to do with it.

To Kyle - The requirment is only for the stat it is next to, eg - if it is a 11-21 dmg (req. 6 smiting) +10 energy and you have 5 smite you get the +10 energy, but wont do the full damage until you get to 6 smite
and no - the requirments do not make a diffrence on how much damage you do, lower req. just means that you can use it to its full capacity sooner. |
