I tried searching but didnt come up with an exact answer. Where can I find these Forgotten Seals?

, which you can find in the ascension missions.

Elona Reach, Thirsty River, Dunes of Dispair... Those places, and some along the way in the areas around those places... the Forgotten are Snake-like beings

Or you can do the dragon mission after once you leave the desert
