Guild leader question - Guild Wars Forums

I am in a guild. The guild leader is unsure how to make guild leaders. Can anyone tell me how so I can relay the message. Great site by the way

You can only have one guild leader. If you mean how to make officers, you right-click on a person's picture and there is the option to promote.
