customization question - Guild Wars Forums

ok.. lets say i have a bow with these stats and i wana customize it...

longbow
15-28 dmg
15% while health is over 50%

and if i were to customize it.. the 15% while health is over 50% mod would not stack with the 20% customization... or would it? what happens? does one override the other or do they work together?

plz help

yea well some guy kept tellin me they didnt stack thats all.. thx for clarification
