I see many people buying them for really much, but I can't find anywhere what to do with them.. Someone told me you can use them to get items from collectors in the Fissure of Woe area, but I've never seen any collectors there. Does anyone know what to do with them?

You do nothing with them. People are buying them now while they are "cheap" before some use is actually implemented (if ever).

There are supposedly collectors in FoW, but I don't know what they collect, so maybe I'm totally wrong... like always

I dunno why people buy them for 2k+, I just collect them because they look cool sitting in the inventory

People are actually buying them for 4K each, so there got to be some reason they're buying them, I'm sure about that actually

People are actually buying them for 15k each. Ecto and Shards cost 4k from a smart seller.
