Since I can't seem to find this data anywhere...

I found a gold shield with +39 health (when hexed) and a couple other stats. I'm thinking this is pretty good... is it safe to guess that 40 is the max health a shield can give ya?

Oh, it's (IIRC) a reinforced buckler.. what would be a fair price to ask selling wise, or would it even sell?

45 is max. Hexed is a pretty bad one. 45 while in stance is much better, and I think theres one while enchanted. The collectors give you max, so if it's not a rare looking sheild (which yours isn't) then it's not worth anything, maybe 1k, probably not.

You can go into PVP, and find the max for every base item, except for upgrades and very rare weapon bonus like +15% dmg all the time.
