If you have Beetletun, then that's the fastest. If you have Lion's Arch, then that's the second fastest.

You would want to start at D'Alessio Seaboard. Follow the path north until you hit the Ascalon refugee camp. To the west of that, there is a portal to the next zone (Nebo Terrace). Once you get in travel south, following the path, and eventually you will hit Bergen Hot Springs.

It's in the most southwestern part of Nebo terrace. From beetletun it's straight down, but that path's blocked by mountains.

Check this map.
You could start from either Beetletum, Lion's Arch or D'Alessio Seaboard. Neither by distance nor by number/level of foes along the way it makes much of a difference where you start from. Prepare to fight a few bog scales, fire imps, skeletons and undead. But generally it's a pretty easy walk. As a level 20 you should be able to do it alone, or with 1 or 2 henchmen. |

Kind of ironic that his name is "im no noob" and he is looking for "belgem" hot springs.
But as the others have said, to get to Bergen Hot Springs, start from Beetletun. If you stick along that north wall area and just follow it around (instead of going through the middle of the explorable area), you can get by without running into a large number of baddies. If you area a Wa/Mo or Wa/R with good running skills, sprint along the wall and it shouldn't take you very long at all. |
