slowing spells
Do Imaginated Burden (50% slowed) and Ice Prison (66% slowed) slow a person by 116%? Or how does this works?

Slowing down someone by 116% would mean they wouldnt be able to move...which doesnt make sense. Id assume the higher takes the place of the lower.

The don't add, they multiply. Ice prison would reduce speed to ~34% (100-66). Imagined Burden would then reduce new speed by 50% to ~17%. That's assuming they stack at all, can't say I've tried it.

I've tested speed buffs (and I'm assuming that speed debuffs work the same way, although I've never tested debuffs) and they do not stack, they take the highest value.
