Yea they do help.

That one I'm not sure, take a look at the sell or buy forum, of even post it to see how much you'll get.

20% ones are pretty expensive. But most pve rangers use zealous bowstring for the energy on return in conjunction with barrage.

The % chance of +1 marksmanship upgrade really doesn't do anything. As such, it is insanely valuable.

I wouldn't expect to bleed anyone for an 18% one, but you should be able to get a few plat for it. Check the etc forum in Ventari's.
