So i decide to reallocate my attribute points. While doing this I am no longer able to change where they have been allocated. I am just curious why this has happened?

Maybe you spend the 24 refound points you get per level. Just level up and you will have 24 refound points again.

out of refunds maybe? If so fight some and gain some EXP and it will reset eventually. I don't remember the exact amount of exp for a Refund o[point renewal, but I don't remember it being that much... Certainly finishing a 1000 pt quest or bonus or something will reset it no problem.
