so im gaining adr hitting a foe, gaining enough for back breaker. If i use counter blow, lets say i almost have enough adr just a 1 hit away from getting the skill would using counter blow just before it, take away adrenaline? orsomething like that or would i have to keep hitting more then when it was one hit away

Each time you hit a foe all your adren skills get charged with +1 more adrenaline. Each time you use an adrenaline skill that skill gets reset to 0 adrenaline and all other skills lose 1 adrenaline, requiring you to hit 1 more time to recharge them.

Pretty sure this is how it works.
