I was wondering if there is any way to Unequip or turn you guild cape off. It cool being part of a guild and wareing your colors but sometimes i would like not have to look at it.

as far as i know they havent toggled the cape yet

As much as I like our guild cape (it looks cool!) I would like to be able to toggle it off too.

I agree, i think if enough people also belive this they'll put it in an update. As long as they dont do somthing stupid as in making them toggable in PvP.

i too want to change mine. my guild is cool but i hate the cape (black with frayed background, skull and fire)

Gotta agree with you on this one, I love our cape, but sometimes since I am a itty bitty ranger it seems to get in the way..lol It would be nice to roam the game sometimes and not have people ask how I made my cape...lol

I am the guild leader and I get sick of wearing the cape!

Everyone in the guild likes it, but I know they dont want to wear it all the time we are playing (trust me, they tell me)!! It would be nice to unequip. It should be required in PvP, you shouldnt be able to stick it in your vault, and it shouldnt be (of course) sell-able, salvageable, or droppable in instancing! Otherwise I like them!

Maybe, in the future, you could "customize"

you eq and put you guild emblem on it instead of wearing the cape? ...maybe it would change to guild cape colors? Still require the capes in PvP though, it just makes it easy to see who's who...

It should'nt even be an item. They should just put in a /hidecape command to hide it.

it took WoW 6 months to make capes and helms hideable, how long will guild wars take? hehe

Hide helmet in EQ2 was thought of pretty quick

I don't know, but I wouldn't bet on too long. I've been pretty impressed with these guys so far, they seem pretty on the ball. They almost pissed me off when one patch suddenly made the game crash as soon as you took one step, but then they had that fix in less than 5 minutes. That sort of thing would have shut Mythic down for a day.

I love our cape but I think you have a good point. Just make capes required for PvP and have them toggle-able other times.

Hmmm... No change in the guild cape display option yet... I wonder if they think its a necessity. I like them in PvP, and I like them overall, but I wish I could elect to not wear it or not show it while questing or in town.

I know people that don't like the capes and sometimes I don't want to wear mine (even though I'm the one that designed it).

A hide helmet command would be good because I never like seeing them on my PC's in game.
