i just want to know if it is possible to upgrade a one handed wand/staff

in particular if it is possible to put fortitude or insightful upgrades on one handed wand/staff?

so has anyone tried that?

It will not work, the most you can do to change a wand is to customize it.

Wands and canes are meant to be used with artifacts in the other hand, which can also give you those same upgrades.

Just have to find the right combination!
