Each time you die you lose 15% from your max health and energy. You can regain this slowly by killing mosters. You can set it to zero by going back to town. Max you can go to is 60%. This is called Death Penalty (DP). If you dont die and kill a lot of stuff you can actually gain positive benifit called morale this slowly goes up to a max of 10% which means you actaully gain health and energy.
You can be resurected by your team. Depending on where you are located if you have a TPK the whole team with ressurect at the closest res shrine to where you all died. Last edited by IndyCC; Jul 13, 2005 at 09:32 PM // 21:32.. |

You can always return to town afterward, your account is still intact, your character is still alive. You just didn't complete that particular quest.
Believe me, I die a lot! |

This game is mostly based on pvp. therefore the want you to basically get the "bestest, most uber pwnzor" weapons you can find. why would they make you lose them if you die? thats not plausible.

That's an entirely legitimate question. It dramatically affects the gameplay. It current system is pretty balanced when it comes to dying - not too penalizing and just enough so.
