I got a question. I identified ash fiend trappings. and now it says ash fiend trappings of minor vigor. should i salvage the item?

Yes, using an Expert Salvage kit to get a Minor Rune of Vigor

Generally, yes. Any rune you find in dropped armor (like those fiend trappings) will yield you a rune. Remember to use an EXPERT SALVAGE KIT though. EXPERT.
