I heard short bows and half-moons are the fastest, is it true?

Also how's the speed of Ivory and shadow bows?

I also heard horn bow does extra dmg but how?

yes, short and half moons have the fastest re-fire.

ivory and shadow have the worst re-fire rate.

horn bows are armor piercing.

The ache of the arrow and the chance of missing/dodging are also different between the types of bows.

What are ivory and shadow bows considered, since their is only 5 classes of bows?
Short Bows, Long Bows, Flat Bows, Recurve Bows and Horn Bows, at least that's what the Prima Guide told me and it was made in close connection with the Arenanet people.
