How is the guild of the week selected? Would it be possible to recommend a guild to Arenanet for consideration?

I have no actual idea in true about that, BUT.
I was thinking that the rating of your guild and the ammount of wins
and losses you had during that one week period
might possibly affect it. Also possibly guild size and activeness.
there could be a way for arena.net to check which guild is the most
active or which one as the less members leaving it, etc...

Hmmm, they dont seem to pick guilds based on ranking or guild size/activity. But I have not looked at all of the guilds who were chosen.
